The 3-Day Full Body Workout

Why it works: This routine targets all major muscle groups in just three workouts per week, making it perfect for those with busy schedules.

Workout A: Monday

  • Squats: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg
  • Push-ups: 3 sets of as many reps as possible
